What to Expect:

This workshop will include a full hands on experience with you and your significant other to learn ways to incorporate massage at home. I will go over with the group common problem areas and basic techniques. This beautiful event is both therapeutically educational and bonding as we incorporate breathwork and the power of words of affirmation in a short meditation session. Snacks and bubbly will be served!

What to wear?

Bring shorts or yoga pants to wear for event. Participants may wear: 1. A tanktop or fitted shirt, 2. Use the robe provided 3. Or bring yours so you can get under the sheets with discretion. This is a group setting, however we take your comfort and modesty seriously.
